About us

Our Approach

Cathy’s approach invites clients to move with curiosity and discover joy in the connection between mind and body. She partners with each individual to find movement practices that feel enjoyable, empowering, and supportive. By blending mindfulness training with functional training, she helps clients navigate daily life with greater ease and confidence through practices such as Pilates classes, yoga, Tai Chi, TRX, and myofascial release.

Our Space

Our welcoming studio is thoughtfully designed to support mindful movement, functional training, and connection. The space is equipped with high-quality Pilates apparatus—including five V2 Max Plus Reformers, a Rack’n Roll Reformer, and a Stability Chair—along with a variety of Pilates accessories and props to enhance both group Pilates classes and private mindfulness training sessions.
