Private/individual or duet sessions can include working on the Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, Mat, or a combination of any of these. Specific and individualized instruction is given during the private session to best meet your body’s needs. Duet sessions are for only two people and provide semi-private instruction at an affordable price.
A non-traditional Tai Chi class that is a fusion of balance work and 8 form Yang style tai chi. Tai Chi has been shown to increase balance, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility while also reducing stress and improving memory and cognition.
A class for all who want to improve core and muscle strength, flexibility and balance. A total body workout utilizing the Tower and the Reformer.
A slower paced class for developing good technique and stability. It is designed to establish core strength and mobility. Props will be incorporated to add variety. Great for recovery workouts, seniors and those who want to improve their movements and balance.
A class for those looking to deepen their pilates practice and challenge their strength, flexibility and body awareness. Experience on the reformer and the ability to move through all spinal movements is required.
